Here at 121 Fitness we have a Personal Trainer, Cindy Peyton, who has professionally trained hundreds of clients for over 25 years. Men and women of all ages and all goals whether it be gaining muscle, losing fat, increasing flexibility, or even seniors who simply want to improve their balance!
Cindy will design a personalized exercise program for you to follow on your own if you don’t feel the need for an on-going “one-on-one” appointment to keep you motivated and accountable.
Don’t guess on “what to do”, get a PLAN to follow for 6 to 8 weeks.
